So you have some moles and have decided to get them removed but you're not quite sure how dangerous mole removal is? Here are a couple risks you need to be aware of.
Like most medical procedures nowadays you will most likely be receiving an anesthesia before removing of moles. Some people are extremely allergic to the anesthesia so if this is you make sure you tell your doctor before the operation begins.
Another risk to be aware of when removing moles is infection. Because the skin is being cut it is possible, although unlikely, that the site where the mole is removed could become infected. Nowadays this is less of an issue.
If you're after more mole removal answers be sure to talk with your local doctor.
